Test Day Package
Use of the car for your NSW driving test, with a warm-up lesson beforehand on the roads around your test centre. Picked up from home, dropped back after. Free pickup and drop-off.
You need a registered, roadworthy vehicle to sit the NSW driving test. If you don't have one — or you've been learning in a car you'd rather not be assessed in — this covers it.
The package is built around the test itself. You're picked up from home, you drive for a while before you go in, and the car you sit the test in is the same car you've been practising in.
How the day runs
Pickup — collected from home or wherever suits, in good time.
Warm-up drive — time on the roads around the test centre. Settles the nerves and gets you used to the car before it counts.
Arrival — dropped at the centre with time to spare, paperwork in order.
The test — the car is provided, insured and presented for the assessment.
Home — dropped back afterwards, whatever the result.

Your current NSW learner licence — the physical card or the Service NSW app
Your completed logbook, if you're under 25
Your test booking confirmation
Glasses or contacts, if your licence requires them
Turning up without the right documents is the most common reason a test is cancelled on the spot, and the test fee is not refunded when that happens. It's worth checking twice the night before.
Which test centres
The car is available for tests at the centres across north-west and western Sydney — Blacktown, Castle Hill, St Marys, Richmond, Glenmore Park and Merrylands.
Book early
Test slots and the car both have to line up, and the popular times go first. As soon as you have a test date, book the car — leaving it until the week before often means the time you want isn't there.
The goal is not just clearing the test. The goal is to drive around safely.
If it doesn't go your way
Not everyone passes first time, and it isn't the end of anything. You'll get a straight account of what happened on the drive home, and what to work on before the next attempt.
Cancellation
This booking is non-refundable within 48 hours of the test. The car is held for you and the slot can't be filled at short notice. Outside 48 hours it can be moved or cancelled free of charge.
